The Refuge
STUDENT MINISTRY
The Refuge is a safe place where 6th-12th grade students can come and learn about God's Word the Bible, worship God together through music and fellowship together over a meal and playing games. Students will hear and discuss how the love of Jesus can help them have hope as they deal with real life problems and be able to share that hope with their friends. They will learn how to study the Bible and apply its truth to their lives. The Refuge meets Wednesday nights from 6:30-8pm in the Annex Building.
Rooted Kids
Childrens MINISTRY
The heart of Rooted Kids is to plant the seeds of the gospel in babies- 5th grade hearts and minds so that they will grow to be disciples of Jesus. We accomplish this by partnering with parents, who are the main spiritual influences in their kids lives, to train kids through music, Bible reading and fun activities to see the beauty in God's Word and love Jesus as their Savior. Seeing kids lives changed by God is the most exciting thing and we love welcoming new kids each week into our Rooted kids family.
Wednesday
Nights
Wednesday nights are all about food, fellowship and building your faith. We are passionate about people living the life God has given us through Jesus so Wednesday nights we celebrate together. At 5:30pm we all meet in the Annex Building to share a great meal ($5 for adults & kids eat free) and catch up on what God has been during in our lives that week. Shortly after 6pm we break up into groups for all different ages ranging from babies through senior adults. These groups are a great time to study God's Word but also have discussions about how it applies to our lives. The topics of discussion are always relevant and people are being encouraged as they learn we aren't alone in this journey.
